GETTING READY
1. Fill a cocktail glass with ice and set it aside to chill.
MAKING
2. In mixing glass, drop lime wedges, parsley, and simple syrup. Muddle until the syrup becomes light green.
3. Pour orange liqueur, tequila, sweet and sour.
4. Fill ¾ of the shaker with ice and stir. Drain off extra water. Cover the mixing glass with shaker and shake well.
5. Pour drink in serving glass filled with ice.
6. For truffle, in a small bowl, combine whipped cream, liqueur, and truffle oil. Mix well.
7. Pour it on top of cocktail in glass.
SERVING
8. Garnish with parsley leaf and serve Truffle Rita chilled with a straw.
