Quick Fajita Nacho

A easy recipe that can be tried by kids.


Tortilla chips 1/2 Packet
Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
Nacho cheese 5 Tablespoon
Green bell peppers 1/2 Medium
Red bell peppers 1/2 Medium
Black pepper powder 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Fajita seasoning 1 1/2 Teaspoon



1. In a skillet on high, heat olive oil, add the onions, green and red bell pepper. Season it with black pepper, salt and mix well. Stir fry the vegetables on high heat for 5 - 6 minutes.

2. After 5 minutes, switch off the heat and add the fajita seasoning and mix well. Set aside.

3. On a serving plate, arrange the tortilla chips and drizzle all the chips with nacho cheese dip.

4. Add the stir fried vegetables onto the chips and get ready to serve.


5. Serve these fajita nachos immediately.
