MAKING
1. In a medium sized bowl, combine chopped pineapple, red bell pepper, and cilantro.
2. Add spicy Thai mango sauce, and mix well. Cover bowl with plastic wrap, and refrigerate.
SERVING
3. Serve spicy mango pineapple salsa with tortilla chips.
