Tropical Grilled Salmon with Salsa

Ingredients

For grilled salmon
Ripe mangoes 2 , peeled and seed removed
Sake 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Light soy sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Toasted sesame oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Honey 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Fresh ginger 4 Teaspoon , grated
Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm) , peeled
Green onions 4 , trimmed and sliced
Chili oil 1 Teaspoon
Salmon fillets 48 Ounce (8 In Number, 6 Ounce Each)
For the salsa
Mangoes 2 , peeled, seed removed and diced
Peach 2 , peeled, seed removed and diced
Tomatoes 2 , diced and drained
Scallion 6 , finely chopped
Fresh ginger 4 Teaspoon , finely chopped
Fresh coriander 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , finely chopped
Red onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , finely chopped
Jalapeno pepper/Serrano pepper 2 , seeded and finely chopped
Balsamic vinegar 2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

1. In an electric mixer, combine all the ingredients, apart from salmon. Blend well till smooth and remove on to a flat plate.

2. Add fish, coat well with marinade and marinate for minimum 20 minutes. Alternatively, marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.

3. Heat grill plate and place marinated fish fillets.

4. Grill for 5 minutes on each side and remove on to a presentation platter.

SERVING

5. Serve warm with salsa.
