Onion | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , diced | |
Canned jalapeno | 1 Tablespoon , diced | |
Canned tomatoes and chilies | 14 1/2 Ounce | |
Canned tomatoes | 14 1/2 Ounce | |
Cumin | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Sugar | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Garlic salt | 3/4 Teaspoon |
MAKING
1. In a food processor put together jalapenos and onions, and process for 10 seconds.
2. Add in both the cans of tomatoes, salt, sugar, and cumin and process for 30 seconds or until well blended, but not pureed.
SERVING
3. Serve with tortilla chips or nachos.
