Quick Guacamole Salad

Ingredients

Ripe avocados 2
Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Onion 2 Tablespoon , grated
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) , crushed
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Tomato 1 , cut in wedges
Eggs 2 , hard
Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon , coarse ground
Salsa/Enchilada sauce 1/2 Tablespoon
Corn chips 1 3/4 Ounce (1 sack)

Directions

MAKING

1) Peel the avocados and mash well.

2) In a bowl, combine the avocados with rest of the ingredients, mix thoroughly.

SERVING

3) Mound the avocado mixture in the center of a platter and surround with the sliced eggs, corn chips and tomato wedges.
