Classic Mexican Coffee

Ingredients

Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
Piloncillo/Dark brown sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Cinnamon stick 1
Ground coffee 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)

Directions

Combine water, sugar and cinnamon in saucepan.

Heat until sugar dissolves.

Stir in coffee and simmer 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes.

Strain and serve.
