Ingredients

Minced onion 2 Tablespoon
Olive oil/Salad oil 1 Tablespoon
Stewed pinto beans 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm) , minced
Minced cilantro 1/2 Teaspoon
Cooked green chili 2 Tablespoon , diced (Or More)
Tomato sauce 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

1 Cook onion in the oil until onion swells and browns slightly.

2 Add the rest of the ingredients; make sure seasonings are well mixed in.

3 Bake in a 350°F. oven for 2 hours, or simmer on top of the stove for 1 hour.
