Spicy Chicken Nachos

Ingredients

Shredded cooked chicken/Turkey 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Shredded monterey jack cheese 6 Ounce
Sour cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped green chilies 4 Ounce , drained (1 Can)
Tortilla chips 16 Ounce (1/2 Package)
Tomato 1 Medium , chopped
Avocado 1 Medium , peeled and sliced

Directions

1. Mix chicken, cheese, sour cream and chilies in 2-quart casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on medium (50%) 8 to 10 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes, until cheese is melted and mixture is hot.

2. Place about 2 cups of the tortilla chips on each of 4 serving plates; spoon chicken mixture over chips. Top with tomatoes and avocado. Serve with salsa if desired.
