Ingredients

Chayote 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) , peeled and diced
Diced honeydew melon 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Diced fennel root 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Snipped fresh fennel tops 2 Teaspoon
Rice wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon (Plain, Unseasoned)
Habanero sauce 1 Teaspoon (Use Green Habanero Chili Sauce Such As El Yucateca)
Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
Sugar 1/8 Teaspoon
Salt 1/8 Teaspoon

Directions

Thoroughly combine all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
