Cinnamon stick | 1 , broken in half | |
Piloncillo | 1 Small , chopped (1 Small Cone) | |
Firmly packed brown sugar | 4 Tablespoon | |
Water | 4 Cup (64 tbs) |
Place coffee in filter container of a drip-style pot; scatter cinnamon and piloncillo over coffee.
Brew with water.
Pour into cups.
