Mexican Coffee

Ground coffee 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cinnamon stick 1 , broken in half
Piloncillo 1 Small , chopped (1 Small Cone)
Firmly packed brown sugar 4 Tablespoon
Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)


Place coffee in filter container of a drip-style pot; scatter cinnamon and piloncillo over coffee.

Brew with water.

Pour into cups.
