Pineapple 1/2 , cored, diced
Dragon fruit 1 , sliced, flesh scooped out, diced
Tomato 1 Large
Long pepper 1/2 , stem removed, deseeded, diced
Lime 1 , freshly squeezed
Chopped cilantro 2 Tablespoon
Freshly ground pepper 1 Teaspoon
Sea salt To Taste
Cumin powder 3 Dash
Tequila 2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING:

In a large bowl, combine pineapple, dragon fruit, tomato, long pepper, lime juice, cilantro, ground pepper, sea salt, cumin, tequila (optional) and stir well to combine.
