Creamy White Chicken Chili Our FAV!

"Can you make that ugly chili?" This is usually how my family requests this creamy, cheesy, bold white chicken chili! It's not the prettiest chili but it's soooo good! Not to mention it's comes together quick, easy and in 1 pot!

You can make it look pretty by adding on some diced avocado, tomatoes and sour cream, but we like it simply topped with a little cilantro and cheese!


Butter/Oil 1 Tablespoon
White onions 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) , dice
Chicken thighs 1 Pound , dice
Garlic 2 Teaspoon , mince
Diced green chiles 4 Ounce ((1 can))
Cumin 1 Tablespoon
Oregano 1 Tablespoon
Smoked paprika 1 Teaspoon
Cayenne pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Chicken broth 4 Cup (64 tbs)
White beans 48 Ounce ((3 (16 oz) cans, (I love using a variety: garbanzo, white kidney and great northern))
Heavy whipping cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Mexican blend cheese 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Fresh parsley/Cilantro 1 Tablespoon ((for garnish))
