Steak Fajitas

A quick and easy way to make steak fajitas at home. This is so simple,nothing like home made! ENJOY!


Rib eye steaks 2
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Garlic salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Green bell pepper 1 , sliced into strips
Purple onion 1 , sliced
Tortilla shell 4 Large
Shredded lettuce 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Chopped roma tomatoes 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Sour cream 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Hot sauce 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)



Season steaks with salt, garlic salt and pepper.

Heat a pan with olive oil and place steaks on it.

Add green peppers, onion and cook until both sides are done.

Cover with a lid and cook for few minutes.

Turn off heat and cut the meat into thin strips (discarding fat).

Place on tortilla shell with green pepper, onions, lettuce, roma tomatoes, sour cream, hot sauce and roll it.


Serve and enjoy!
