How To Make Big-Ass Burritos!

How to make burritos, plus a brand new (very stupid) burrito song! Burritos can be made ahead of time and frozen for a quick, healthy and cheap lunch or dinner any time!

Ingredients

Flour tortilla 2 Large (10 inch)
Refried beans 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cooked shredded chicken 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cooked mixed vegetables 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , sauteed (zucchini, onion, poblano was my choice)
Grated cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped tomatoes/Pico de gallo 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)

Directions

MAKING:

1.Spread the beans over tortillas as shown in the video.

2.Top with meat, sautéed vegetables and cheese lengthwise.

3.Add tomatoes, fold to cover the filling and roll the burritos.

4.Heat a skillet and grease lightly with oil. Place burritos on skillet and toast on both sides until cheese melts.

SERVING:

5.Serve with salsa verde and enjoy!
