Quesadillas are a quick, easy, and cheap snack or light meal. Here are three quesadilla filling ideas for you!
Flour tortillas | 2 | |
Grated cheese | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (monterey jack, pepperjack, cheddar, asadero, provolone, any cheese like that that melts well) | |
Pico de gallo/Onion /cilantro | 2 Tablespoon | |
Cooked beans | 2 Tablespoon (black or pinto) | |
Cooked chicken/Beef /pork /shrimp | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Cooked sweet potato/Zucchini /peppers | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , sauteed |
MAKING:
1.Lay the tortillas flat and sprinkle cheese and top with toppings as shown in the video.
2.Fold and press lightly.
3.Heat a skillet and place tortillas over it until cheese melts and tortillas turn crisp.
4.Allow to cool completely and slice into 2-4 triangles.
