Homemade Choco Tacos

Who doesn't love the famous ice cream treat Choco Tacos? These are ice cream tacos that are dipped in chocolate. You can make the whole taco from scratch. Don't miss out on this famous ice cream treat.

Ingredients

Egg 1
Sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Flour 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
Ice cream 12 Ounce
Chocolate chips 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped cashewnuts 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

In a medium bowl, beat the egg.

Add in the sugar and mix until both the ingredients are well incorporated.

Add in the flour and melted butter and mix thoroughly.

Heat a waffle maker and pour 1 tablespoon of the batter. Press and let it cook for 1 minute.

Take out the tacos from the waffle iron and place over a rolling pin. Followed by placing over a vertical chopping board for 30 seconds.

Quickly fill the tacos with ice cream and place in refrigerator overnight.

Next day, melt the chocolate using double boiler and add in the cashews.

Dip the upper portion of the tacos into the chocolate and let it sit for a few minutes.

 

SERVING

Serve for dessert.
