Homemade Corn Tortillas

Homemade corn tortillas are super easy and the corn tortillas you'll make are better than anything store-bought.


Masa harina 1 Cup (16 tbs) (4 ounces by weight)
Warm water 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (approximate)
Salt 1/8 Teaspoon



1.Preheat heavy skillet/ griddle over medium heat.

2.Line a press with plastic wrap.


3.In a bowl, combine masa harina and salt. Add water in small amounts and mix until soft dough is formed as shown in the video.

4.Roll into 8 golf sized balls. Press out using a press.

5.Cook over hot skillet for approximately 30-60 seconds per side.

6.Wrap in a clean cloth.


7.Serve and enjoy!
