Beans and Rice Burrito with Habanero Lime flavored Tortillas.
|Tortillas||2 ((habanero, lime flavored tortilla))|
|Cooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Boiled beans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cheese||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Salsa||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In a bowl, take beans and mash with a fork; set aside.
In another bowl, add in rice and cheese and mash with the fork, until sticky.
Lay down the tortilla over the kitchen counter and evenly spread the rice and cheese mixture.
Take a small portion of mashed beans and make a log; place over the wrap and drizzle with salsa. Fold to make a wrap and slice diagonally.
Serve with some salsa.
