Guacamole - Made with Ripe Avocados and Spiced with Jalapenos

Jalapeno, lime juice, onions, tomato and cilantro are added to ripe Avocados to make this tasty treat. Learn a trick to keeping the guac from changing color for a day or two.


Avocado 2
Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
Jalapeno 1/2 , finely chopped
Finely chopped red onion 3 Tablespoon
Chopped tomatoes 2 Tablespoon



1. Scoop the flesh of ripe avocados into a bowl.

2. Add lime juice. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Muddle well.

3. Drop in jalapeno and finely choped red onion. Mix well.

4. Add tomatoes and give it a final stir.



5. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
