Chicken Fajitas - Food Revolution Special

We're making DJ BBQ's recipe for Chicken Fajitas by marinating it in a delicious blend of Paprika, Cayenne, Garlic and Onion powder, Cumin powder, Mexican Chilli powder, Sea Salt and Brown Sugar, topped with peppers and Jalapenos. Cayenne 1 Teaspoon
Paprika 1 Teaspoon
Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
Mexican chili powder 1 Teaspoon
Sea salt To Taste
Brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
Ginger ale 2 Tablespoon
Peppers 2
Jalapenos 3 , pitted and sliced
Tortilla 8
Guacamole 8 Tablespoon
Pico de gallo 8 Tablespoon
Sour cream 8 Tablespoon
Chicken breasts 2 Pound , butterflied



1. Mix together paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin powder, chili powder, chipotle sea salt and brown sugar in a dish.

2. Add lime juice and ginger ale and mix well to prepare the marinade. Set it aside.

3. Put the butterflied chicken in the marinade and let it sit for an hour.

4. Prepare the grill for cooking.



5. Place the peppers and jalapeno on the grill and let them char.

6. Grill the chicken until done. Toast the tortillas on the grill until golden.

7. Slice the chicken and set it aside.



8. Spread the tortilla on a board.

9. Layer with some guacomole, sour cream, pico de gallo, grilled peppers and finally the chicken and



10. Roll and serve.
