Chef Barry Lewis from My Virgin Kitchen is back for another series of Good Food Good Times and in this first episode he shows you how to make beef and cheese quesadillas.
Flour tortillas | 2 Large | |
Green pepper | 1 , chopped | |
Onion | 1 , chopped | |
Mushrooms | 4 Small | |
Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
Deli roast beef | 7 Ounce , chopped (1 pack) | |
Cheddar cheese | 200 Gram | |
Pepper jack cheese slices | 200 Gram | |
Swiss cheese | 200 Gram |
MAKING:
Heat a frying pan and with oil and sauté onion, mushroom and peppers in it. Season with salt and pepper.
Once veggies turn soft, turn off heat and keep aside.
Melt butter in a large skillet. Add tortilla shell and sprinkle cheddar cheese over it. Layer roast beef and pepper jack cheese over it.
Top with peppers, mushrooms, onions and sprinkle swiss cheese over it. Top with tortilla shell.
Cook until tortilla shell turns golden brown. Flip and place under grill and cook until golden brown.
Remove from skillet and set for few minutes.
