Made with cucumber, jalapenos and tequila, this healthy margarita is the perfect summer cocktail, all effortlessly made with the Boss.
English cucumber | 1 , cut into 1/4ths | |
Jalapeno | 1/2 | |
Mint leaves | 5 | |
Water | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Agave nectar | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Lime juice | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Tequila | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Tajin seasonings | 2 Tablespoon | |
Ice | 4 Cup (64 tbs) | |
Limes | 5 (for garnishing) |
MAKING:
In a blender jug, combine cucumber, jalapenos, mint and water. Process using puree setting for 30 seconds.
Strain into a jug using strainer.
Combine strained juice, agave nectar, lime juice and tequila in blender jug and pulse 5 times.
Rim the edges of serving glass with lime wedge and dredge in tajin seasoning.
Fill with ice and pour margarita.
Garnish with lime wedges.
