Brown basmati rice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) , soaked (soaked in 2 cups of water for 2 hours) | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Cayenne pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
Tomato puree | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Finely chopped tomato | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Finely chopped green onion | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) |
MAKING
In a bowl of a rice cooker, add in all the ingredients except tomatoes and green onion. Cook for 60 minutes.
SERVING
Garnish with tomato and green onion and serve.
