Nacho Chips

Nachos Chips, one of the best accompaniment for dips!

Ingredients

Maize flour 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Plain flour 5 Tablespoon
Oil 2 Teaspoon
Carom seeds 1/4 Teaspoon
Dried oregano 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Plain flour 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (For dusting)
Oil 3 Cup (48 tbs) (For deep frying)

Directions

MAKING

In a deep bowl, mix all the ingredients and knead soft dough using water.

Divide it into 3 portions.

Make 10" diameter circle using little flour and prick it.

Cut into triangles and repeat the same process with other two portions. Set aside.

In a kadahi, heat the oil and deep-fry chips (a few at a time) on a medium flame till they turn crisp and golden brown in color from both the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper.

Let it cool and store in an air tight container.

SERVING

Serve with your favorite dip.
