Mexican Street Dog - Sonoran Hot Dogs My Way

In this video, I am making Sonoran style hot dogs, but with my own twist and flavors, and it proved to be a WINNER! This creation is just simply delicious, and everyone loved them! Please watch, as I walk you through the easy steps for a Mexican style hot dog, you won't soon forget.


Smoked sausage 12
Bacon strips 12
Onion 1 1/2 Large , sliced
Salt & pepper To Taste
Jalapeno 2 , sliced
Hot dog bun 12
Chopped pineapple 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped mangoes 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cilantro 1 Teaspoon



1. Prepare the mojo griddle for cooking.

2. Wrap bacon strip around the sausage and seal it with a toothpick.



3. Place the bacon wrapped sausage on the griddle and brown them up. Move them to the side.

4. Saute onions on the griddle. Season it with salt and pepper. 

5. Drop sliced jalapenos and saute them as well. Toast the buns on the grill.



6. Place a sausage in the bun. Layer it with grilled onions and jalapeno.

7. Top it with chopped pineapples and chopped mangoes.

8. Garnish with cilantro, avocado and grilled jalapeno.



9. Top with sour cream and serve.
