Chimichanga - How to make Healthy and Delicious Chicken Chimichanga Recipe

This recipe is so simple and a great way to use left over chicken. Add the ingredients to your liking. Are you a vegetarian? Just remove the chicken and use more black beans and you have a vege chimichanga!

Mix the Leftover chicken, caramelized onions, salsa and black beans. Toss them together well.

Place the mix in a tortilla, wrap it up.

Brush it with canola oil. Grill it for 30- 35 min at 400-425 degrees


Slice and serve with lemon wedges.
