How to Make a Breakfast Burrito

This breakfast burrito couldn't be more simple and not to mention one of the most delicious breakfast's you've had in a long time.


Non stick cooking spray 1/2 Teaspoon (as needed)
Yellow onion 1/4 , chopped
Breakfast sausage patty 3 (we used turkey sausage)
Eggs 6 , beaten
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Half and half 3 Tablespoon
Mexican cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , shredded
Whole wheat tortilla 3
Cilantro 2 Tablespoon



1.Place a large skillet over medium flame, spray non-stick cooking spray, add onion and cook for 2-3 minutes or until they become slightly translucent.

2. Add sausage and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes or until meat is completely cooked through.

3. In a large bowl, add eggs, salt, pepper and half-n-half. Whisk well. 

4. Once the meat is finished cooking, pour the egg mixture into the skillet, turn the heat to medium-low, and cook for about 3 minutes or until egg become almost firm, stirring constantly.

5. Add cheese and stir to combine thoroughly. 



6. In microwave, warm tortillas for 20 seconds.

7. Evenly spoon the egg mixture over each tortilla and sprinkle cilantro. Roll burrito as shown in the video.



8. Serve immediately with sour cream, salsa and/or hot sauce and enjoy!
