Betty's Vegetable Salsa with Chips

Betty demonstrates how to make Vegetable Salsa with Chips. The salsa can be served as a side dish or as a dip with tortilla chips.


Fresh tomato 3 Medium , coarsely chopped
Green bell pepper 1 Medium , chopped
Onion 1 Medium , chopped
Cilantro 1/2 Bunch (50 gm) , chopped
Jalapeno pepper 1 , finely chopped ((remove seeds if desired))
Canned black beans 14 1/2 Ounce , drained and rinsed
Canned corn kernel 14 1/2 Ounce , drained
Red pepper flakes 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Honey 1 Tablespoon
For serving
Tortilla chips 100 Gram



1. In a large bowl, combine tomato, green bell pepper, onion, cilantro, jalapeno, black beans, corn kernels, red pepper flakes, salt, lemon juice, and honey. Mix well and pop in refrigerator.



2. Serve chilled with tortilla chips and enjoy!
