McCormick Grilled Corn on the Cob with Mesquite Cilantro Butter

Make grilled corn the star of your barbecue by brushing with Mexican inspired Mesquite Cilantro Butter and Cotija cheese. How to Create a handle for holding the corn with the husks pulled back before grilling.

Ingredients

Corn on cob 1
Cojita cheese 4 Ounce , crumbled
For mesquite butter
Mesquite seasoning 1 Teaspoon (Mc Cormick)
Butter stick 1 , softened
Chopped cilantro 2 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Prepare the grill for cooking. Place aluminium foil on one half of the grill to prevent the husk from burning.

 

MAKING

2. Pull the husk down and tie it with one husk strip. Remove all the silk too.

3. Blend together butter, cilantro and mesquite together. Set it aside.

4. Place the corn on the grill with the husk handle over the aluminium foil and grill it uniformly on all sides.

5. Liberally apply the butter over the corn, when done.

7. Sprinkle cojita cheese over the corn.

 

SERVING

8. Serve it warm and enjoy!
