Beef Roast Fajitas

Great meal for a cold day Fajitas!


Arm roast 3 Pound
Salt & pepper To Taste
For veggies
Red pepper 1/2 , sliced
Orange pepper 1/2 , sliced
Onion 1/2 , sliced
Jalapeno 1 1/2 , sliced
For marinade
Taco seasoning mix 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Orange peel 1/4 Teaspoon
Lemon peel 1/4 Teaspoon
Oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Lime juice 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
For other ingredients
Flour tortilla 8
Sour cream 8 Tablespoon
Louisiana hot sauce 4 Teaspoon
Grated cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)



1. Preheat the grill.


2. Season the arm roast with salt and pepper.

3. Mix together taco seasoning, lemon peel, orange peel, oil and lemon juice together to prepare the marinade.

4. Pour the marinade over the vegetables. Mix together to coat everything well. Let them marinate.

5. Place the arm roast on the grill grates, sear for 6 minutes on each side. Rotate midway to get perfect grill marks.

6. Put the meat on a tin foil. Insert thermometer inside and then drop in the vegetables with the marinade over the meat.

7. Wrap and seal the meat with the veggies in the foil.

8. Place the tin foil over indirect heat and let everything cook until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 195 F.

9. Pull the sealed foil off heat and let the meat rest with the veggies for an hour.

10. Slice the meat and set it aside.


11. Spread sour cream on tortillas.

12. Put some meat slices in the centre of the tortillas, layer with the cooked veggies. Spread some grated cheese over the tortillas. Drizzle some louisiana hot sauce over the cheese. Fold to make fajitas. Repeat to make more.


13. Arrange the fajitas on a serving dish and serve.
