Watermelon Nachos

You have to have fruit on a picnic! Here is an easy way to make a fruit salad into something more unique.


Kiwi fruit 2 , cubed
Mango 1 , cubed
Watermelon 1 , sliced
For blueberry guacamole
Avocado 1
Vanilla extract 1/2 Teaspoon
Maple syrup 2 Tablespoon
Blueberries 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
For topping
Dried coconut 1 Tablespoon



For the blueberry guacamole – in a large bowl, add in all the ingredients and mash well.


Top the watermelon slices with kiwi and mango, followed by the blueberry guacamole. Garnish with dried coconut and serve.
