Well i have a friend who drops in from time to time and is always hungry when he gets to my place. Now on a sunday after noon i am not going to make some food if my friends land up. So i always keep some indian snacks and sweets handy. Indian snacks come in a 1000 different varieties but some of my favorites are "Bhujia" (made of gram flour) and "Kashmiri Mix" (a great mix of nuts and many things). I usually buy the haldiram's brand from my local grocery stores. These snacks are very crispy and absolutely delicious. I also keep some indian "rasgullas" (literally translates to Sweet syrupy balls).OOhhhhh they are so much fun. Just pop a few pieces in your mouth and let the syrup fill you up. So i keep these handy and whenever i have guests all i need to do is mix some of the salty snacks and offer it with come bubbly coke! Thats it. And all my friends love it. And once they are done, surprise them with the rasgullas! Believe me all your friends will love you for such treats. Dont believe it! Then watch the video below! I recommend you always keep some of these snacks - you never know when they can come handy (assuming you have not already nibbled on your stock and emptied it out long before !!)
