RECIPE FOR WEIGHT LOSS:

Add 1 cup water in a pan
Add 3 tsp of quinoa
Heat till it fluffs up
Drain the water and allow it to cool
Add 1/2 chopped onion
1/2 chopped cucumber
1 chopped tomato
2 chopped olives
Add the fluffed quinoa
1/2 tsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
