Prosciutto-Wrapped Melon -- Easter

In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Prosciutto-Wrapped Melon Slices. These are easy and delicious, and they will be a hit on your Easter dinner table!


Honeydew melon 1 Pound , cut in half, seeded and peeled, then sliced into desired number of slices (as needed)
Prosciutto slices 16 , cut into 1
For garnish
Cilantro leaves 1 Teaspoon
Strawberry 2 , sliced



1. Wrap each slice of honeydew melon with a strip of prosciutto.

2. Fasten at ends with toothpicks, if needed.


3. On a serving platter, place melon slices in a design. Garnish with cilantro leaves and strawberry. Serve and enjoy!
