Moroccan Spiced Griddled Chicken Fillets with Lime and Coriander Mayonnaise

This is a chicken appetizer with Moroccan flavors. It is spicy, flavorful and protein rich.

Ingredients

Chicken fillets 20 Medium
Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
Ground ginger 1/2 Teaspoon
Cinnamon 1/2 Teaspoon
Ground coriander 1/2 Teaspoon
Honey 1/2 Teaspoon
Limes 2 Medium , juiced
Coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon , chopped finely (handfull)
Mayonnaise 400 Milliliter

Directions

GETTING READY

1. In a bowl, mix the spices with the honey till combined. Put the chicken pieces and mix well till coated. Let it marinate for 1 hour.

2. Preheat the oven to required temperature.

MAKING

3. Heat a griddle on medium heat. Place the marinated chicken fillets and cook till browned. Transfer into the preheated oven and cook till done.

4. In a bowl mix the lime juice, coriander leaves and mayonnaise till combined.

SERVING

5. Serve the chicken with the prepared mayonnaise dip.
