Mediterranean Tomato Cucumber Salad Chef Kirk Leins and Jon Ham in the Kitchen

Here's Jon Ham and Kirk Leins making a quick side dish that has Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Basil, cold pressed olive oil, fresh ground black pepper, sea salt, and some sherry vinegar. It is a great side dish that is full of nutrients.

Ingredients

Persian cucumber/English cucumber 7 , slice
Grape tomatoes/Cherry tomatoes 25 , halved
Basil 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) , chop
Extra virgin olive oil 6 Tablespoon , cold pressed
Sea salt To Taste
Sherry vinegar 3 Tablespoon
Ground black pepper To Taste
Feta cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , crumbled

Directions

MAKING

1. In a bowl, add the sliced cucumbers, halved tomatoes and basil

2. Season with sea salt, freshly ground pepper, cold pressed olive oil, and sherry vinegar and toss well together.

SERVING

3. Garnish with feta and serve.
