|Persian cucumber/English cucumber||7 , slice|
|Grape tomatoes/Cherry tomatoes||25 , halved|
|Basil||1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) , chop|
|Extra virgin olive oil||6 Tablespoon , cold pressed|
|Sea salt||To Taste|
|Sherry vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Feta cheese||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , crumbled|
1. In a bowl, add the sliced cucumbers, halved tomatoes and basil
2. Season with sea salt, freshly ground pepper, cold pressed olive oil, and sherry vinegar and toss well together.
3. Garnish with feta and serve.
