KOUSA Mahshi - Stuffed ZUCCHINI With MEAT And Rice

Kousa Mahshi is stuffed Zucchini, Courgette or Squash. In this recipe it's stuffed with ground meat and spices and tomato. And it's simmered in a tomato sauce. Zucchini 4 Small , prepared as shown in the video (short and straight)
Short grain rice 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , washed and drained (Calrose)
Ground meat 1/4 Pound
Dried mint 2 Teaspoon
Aleppo pepper 2 Teaspoon
Arabic all spice 1 Teaspoon
Chopped parsley 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Crushed garlic 2 Teaspoon
Potatoes 2 , sliced
Canned crushed tomatoes 400 Milliliter
Roma tomatoes 2
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
