Moroccan Cigars -Meat filled Crispy Wrappers

This Father's Day make this tasty treat dad will love. Ground meat is mixed with cumin, paprika, cayenne, pepper, pomegranate molasses, parsley, mint, onion, spring onion and egg to make a tasty filling for this smoking hot recipe. It's wrapped in a crispy spring roll wrapper. Ingredients

Ground meat 2 Pound
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
Paprika powder 1 Teaspoon
Cayenne pepper 1 Teaspoon
Pomegranate molasses 1 Tablespoon
Diced red onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped parsley 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Chopped mint 3 Tablespoon
Spring onions 4 , chopped
Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm) , crushed
Egg 1
Spring roll wrappers 25 (8 x 8)
Beaten egg 1
Vegetable oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying)

Directions

MAKING:

In a large bowl, combine meat, salt, pepper, cumin powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, molasses, red onion, spring onion, parsley, mint, garlic, egg and mix well.

Transfer the mixture to food processor and blend until well combined and smooth.

Brush egg mixture over wrappers.

Fill the mixture into piping bag, pipe it over the sheet, seal and roll as shown in the video.

Deep fry in cigars in oil and drain excess oil using paper towels.
