Harissa Cod is a healthy, versatile dish to make as well as being very delicious! Barry Lewis shows you how to rustle it up perfectly!
|Harissa paste||2 Tablespoon|
|Low fat greek yoghurt||1 Tablespoon|
|Sea salt||To Taste|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Lemon||1/2 , zested and juiced|
|Extra virgin olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Cod fillets||2 (thick)|
|Cous cous||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (for serving)|
|Asparagus||5 (for serving)|
In a large bowl, combine harissa, yogurt, salt, pepper, lemon juice, lemon zest and mix well.
Rub the paste over cod fillets, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Heat a pan with oil and fry fishes in it for 2-3 minutes (per side) until browned and cooked well.
Serve with cous cous and asparagus and enjoy!
