Harissa Cod

Harissa Cod is a healthy, versatile dish to make as well as being very delicious! Barry Lewis shows you how to rustle it up perfectly!


Harissa paste 2 Tablespoon
Low fat greek yoghurt 1 Tablespoon
Sea salt To Taste
Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Lemon 1/2 , zested and juiced
Extra virgin olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Cod fillets 2 (thick)
Cous cous 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (for serving)
Asparagus 5 (for serving)



In a large bowl, combine harissa, yogurt, salt, pepper, lemon juice, lemon zest and mix well.

Rub the paste over cod fillets, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Heat a pan with oil and fry fishes in it for 2-3 minutes (per side) until browned and cooked well.



Serve with cous cous and asparagus and enjoy!
