|Romaine lettuces||4 Cup (64 tbs) , 1 inch sliced|
|Pita bread/Flour tortillas||2 , halved|
|For the dressing|
|Salad oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fresh lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dried mint||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm) , crushed|
|Salt and pepper||To Taste|
For the dressing - In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, lemon juice, mint, garlic and salt and pepper.
Warm pita halves in microwave.
In a medium bowl, place the lettuce leaves. Pour in desired amount of dressing and toss well.
Fill warm pita with the lettuce mixture and serve.
