Pita Salad with Lemony Mint Dressing

Ingredients

Romaine lettuces 4 Cup (64 tbs) , 1 inch sliced
Pita bread/Flour tortillas 2 , halved
For the dressing
Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Fresh lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Dried mint 2 Tablespoon
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) , crushed
Salt and pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING

For the dressing - In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, lemon juice, mint, garlic and salt and pepper.

Warm pita halves in microwave.

In a medium bowl, place the lettuce leaves. Pour in desired amount of dressing and toss well.

SERVING

Fill warm pita with the lettuce mixture and serve.
