Healthy and Easy After School Snack Idea: Peanut Butter Hummus

Try this High Protein after school quick, easy and delicious snack option.

Ingredients

Chick peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cashew milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) ((Use Silk))
Powdered peanut butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Nut butter 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) ((Use almond/ cashew/peanut butter))
Vanilla 1/2 Teaspoon
Honey 1 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

1. Place all the ingredients in the food processor. 

2. Blend till a smooth buttery consistency is achieved. 

3. Transfer into a jar and store in a cool place

 

SERVING

4. Serve with celery / apple sticks or crackers. 

Tip: Add some cocoa nibs/ chocolate protein powder for a more chocolatey taste.
