Try this High Protein after school quick, easy and delicious snack option.
|Chick peas||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cashew milk||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) ((Use Silk))|
|Powdered peanut butter||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Nut butter||1/4 Cup (4 tbs) ((Use almond/ cashew/peanut butter))|
1. Place all the ingredients in the food processor.
2. Blend till a smooth buttery consistency is achieved.
3. Transfer into a jar and store in a cool place
4. Serve with celery / apple sticks or crackers.
Tip: Add some cocoa nibs/ chocolate protein powder for a more chocolatey taste.
