Ravish Kohly shows you how to make a mouthwatering marinade with Chipotle and other spices and tips.

Ingredients

Boneless chicken thigh 1 Pound (as dry as possible)
Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
Chipotle powder 4 Teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste 4 Teaspoon
Tomato paste 4 Teaspoon
Garlic powder 2 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
Onion powder 2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Oil 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , as needed

Directions

 

GETTING READY

1. Preheat a charcoal grill.

 

MAKING

1. Marinate chicken in salt, oil and Worcestershire sauce.

2. In a food processor add the chipotle powder, ginger and garlic paste, tomato paste, garlic powder, turmeric and garam masala and grind to a paste using little oil.

3. Add the prepared paste to chicken. Insert in skewers and grill for 10 to 15 minutes.

 

SERVING

4. Serve with your choice of drink or beverage.
