One-Pot Meat-Loaf Dinner

Ground beef 1 Pound
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Pepper 1 Dash
Egg 1 , slightly beaten
Onion 1 Medium , chopped
Corn flake crumbs 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Shortening 1 Tablespoon
Tomato sauce 8 Ounce
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Whole potatoes 4 , peeled
Whole carrots 4


Mix together the ground beef, salt, pepper, beaten egg, onion, and corn-flake crumbs.

Shape into a loaf and wrap in foil.

Refrigerate for several hours (or overnight) to prevent loaf from falling apart.

Melt shortening in cooker and brown meat loaf on all sides.


Put tomato sauce and water into cooker.

Add rack and arrange the meat loaf and vegetables on the rack.

Close cover; put pressure control in place.

When pressure is reached, cook for 12 to 15 minutes.

Cool cooker normally for 5 minutes, then cool it under the faucet.
