Toasted Meat Loaf Snack

Mushrooms/Tomatoes 4 Ounce
Butter 1 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)
Sugar 1 Tablespoon (for sprinkling)
Seasoning To Taste
Sandwich loaf slices 6
Canned corned beef loaf/Minced beef loaf 16 Ounce (1 can)



1. In a skillet, place the butter and fry the mushroom in it.

2. Take a little sugar, salt and pepper, and sprinkle over the mushrooms

3. Meanwhile, toast the bread slices on one side and take the meat and divide into 6 or 8 pieces

4. Lay the toasted bread, untoasted side face up, and apply butter, then spread the meat over it

5. Grill the toasted bread with meat until the meat is hot and sizzling

6. Once grilled, take out and cut them diagonally into triangles.


7. Finally garnish with mushrooms. Serve with a sauce of your choice
