|Ground chicken/Ground turkey||1 Pound|
|Hot sauce||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Coconut flour||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped carrot||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Salt and pepper||To Taste|
Preheat oven to 375F
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Blend well. Divide into muffin tins or put into one loaf pan.
Bake for 25-35 minutes or until cooked all the way through. Let sit for 5-10 minutes and enjoy!
Serve with blue cheese dressing, crumble on top of a salad or enjoy with a side of rice.
