GETTING READY:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease a loaf pan and keep it ready.
MAKING:
In a food processor, blitz the bread slices and keep the breadcrumbs aside.
Add mushrooms, onion, garlic, chili and process until blended.
Add ground meat, red chili, cumin powder, salt, pepper, egg and process until mixed.
Add breadcrumbs, coriander and blitz again.
Transfer to a bowl and mix well.
Fill mixture into loaf pan with boiled eggs as shown in the video.
Place over baking sheet, pop into oven and bake for 45-60 minutes.
Heat a saucepan with butter and sauté sliced mushrooms.
Tip meatloaf juices into pan and add cornstarch to thicken. Stir well until sauce gets cooked.
SERVING:
Serve with mushroom sauce and enjoy!
