Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf Bites are packed with protein and tons of veggies for the perfect dinner or school lunch.

Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
Italian herbs | 1 Teaspoon | |
Whole wheat bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Shredded cheddar cheese | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Lean ground turkey | 1 Pound (93% lean ground meat) | |
Cooking spray | 4 Dash |
GETTING READY
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray a nonstick mini muffin tin with cooking spray and set aside.
MAKING
In a food processor, place the zucchini, onions, bell peppers, carrots, and garlic clove and pulse until tiny.
Add the egg, Worcestershire sauce, herbs, bread crumbs, cheese, and turkey. Pulse until everything is combined.
Place about a tablespoon of the meatloaf mixture in the muffin pans and pack down with a spoon. Bake for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
SERVING
Serve the meatloaf bites with some ketchup.
