In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Cocktail Sausage Meatballs in Sauce. This is great for an appetizer or party, also for potluck dinners. The meatballs should be served warm, and you may want to double or triple the recipe and keep the meatballs on LOW in a slow cooker while they are being served.

Pork sauage 1 Pound , cut into chunks (hot or mild)
Eggs 2 , well beaten
Herb seasoned stuffing mix 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Rubbed sage 1/2 Teaspoon
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Ketchup 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Chili sauce 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Light brown sugar 2 Tablespoon , firmly packed
Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
White vinegar 1 Tablespoon

1. In a large bowl, combine sausage, egg, stuffing mix, and sage. Using a mixer on medium speed blend until smooth.

2. Clump and roll mixture into approximately 2 dozen 1-inch balls.

3. Place a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat and brown sausage balls in it. 4.Remove the meatball from skillet and allow them to drain on paper towel.

5. Pour drippings out of skillet and discard. Wipe skillet clean with paper towel.

6. In the same skillet, add water, ketchup, chili sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, and white vinegar. Stir to combine.

7. Drop cooked sausage balls in skillet. Place the skillet on flame and bring to a boil.

8. Reduce the flame and place a piece of foil loosely over top of skillet. Simmer for 20 minutes or until sauce thickens, stirring at every 5 minutes interval.

9. Serve warm and enjoy!
