Ground chicken | 1 Pound | |
Onion | 1/2 Small , grated | |
Garlic paste | 1 Tablespoon | |
Cilantro | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , chop | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Freshly ground black pepper | To Taste | |
Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
Hot sauce | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Green onion | 3 , finely chopped (Optional) |
GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 400 degree F.
2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set it aside.
MAKING
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, onion, garlic, and cilantro.
4. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
5. Clump mixture and roll into small meatballs.
6. On baking tray, place the meatballs. Pop the tray in oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
7. Meanwhile, place a large skillet on medium flame and melt butter in it.
8. Add hot sauce and give it a good whisk.
9. Drop baked meatballs in sauce and toss to coat well.
SERVING
10. Garnish with green onion and serve meatballs hot with blue cheese dip.
